Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were serene and peaceful as they faced the back of the hotel, providing a lovely view of the field with donkeys that my kids adored. The room was quiet and cool, and the price was very reasonable. It felt like having our own personal function room with stunning, spectacular views.
I had an incredible time at this hotel with brilliant views over the rolling Kerry countryside. The amazing views from the hotel added so much to my stay, and I was fabulously pleased with my choice. The high standards of service made my experience even better.
The hotel has a mixed bag of pros and cons. The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms with very poor water pressure in the shower. While on the smaller side, my room to the back of the hotel was peaceful with a lovely view of donkeys in the field. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm. The service, from management to reception and waiting staff, was polite and professional but had its charming moments like offering free ice-cream to our grandchild and jokingly rolling out the 'red carpet'. The location, just outside Tralee, offered a beautiful and relaxing stay, despite being not walkable to town. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good service but limited breakfast options. Overall, a nice place to unwind with friendly staff and pleasant surroundings.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While I was pleased with the room chosen, it was disappointing to find out the bed was not as expected. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort during our stay. The location was very convenient, although a bit noisy. The dining options were limited and could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The premium rooms had nice views but were a bit inferior in quality compared to the standard ones. The small balcony was a plus, but the lack of window opening made the room quite warm as there's no air conditioning.
