I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were serene and peaceful as they faced the back of the hotel, providing a lovely view of the field with donkeys that my kids adored. The room was quiet and cool, and the price was very reasonable. It felt like having our own personal function room with stunning, spectacular views.

I had an incredible time at this hotel with brilliant views over the rolling Kerry countryside. The amazing views from the hotel added so much to my stay, and I was fabulously pleased with my choice. The high standards of service made my experience even better.

Service

The service at this hotel was outstanding. From the friendly staff with mousy brown hair who went out of their way to explain the directions to Dingle, to the attentive room service, housekeeping, and laundry services, everything exceeded my expectations. I even received a delightful welcome drink upon arrival.
Location

The hotel has a wonderful view and is located in a beautiful area close to Ardfert village. The surroundings were lovely, and the proximity to Tralee was convenient. The only drawback was the limited choices on the evening menu for an additional cost to enable guests to have alcoholic drinks.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience throughout my 4 days stay was exceptional. The food was so good that it would literally keep me going until the next day. Although I did enjoy the brown bread in the morning, some aspects of the dining experience were disappointing. I wish there were more choices available for an additional cost to match the high quality of the hotel's offerings.
Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities provided added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The hotel truly offers value for money, considering the level of comfort and luxury it provides.

The hotel has a mixed bag of pros and cons. The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms with very poor water pressure in the shower. While on the smaller side, my room to the back of the hotel was peaceful with a lovely view of donkeys in the field. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm. The service, from management to reception and waiting staff, was polite and professional but had its charming moments like offering free ice-cream to our grandchild and jokingly rolling out the 'red carpet'. The location, just outside Tralee, offered a beautiful and relaxing stay, despite being not walkable to town. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good service but limited breakfast options. Overall, a nice place to unwind with friendly staff and pleasant surroundings.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While I was pleased with the room chosen, it was disappointing to find out the bed was not as expected. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort during our stay. The location was very convenient, although a bit noisy. The dining options were limited and could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The premium rooms had nice views but were a bit inferior in quality compared to the standard ones. The small balcony was a plus, but the lack of window opening made the room quite warm as there's no air conditioning.

Rooms
7.0
The premium rooms had views but were of lower quality. Small balcony with french doors but no window opening led to a warm room without air conditioning.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Some staff, including cleaners and management, were nosy and rude, commenting on my girlfriend talking too loudly. However, some were overly friendly, jokingly saying they rolled out the red carpet for us.
Location
6.0
The location was alright but not ideal for walking to nearby places due to the busy road and lack of footpaths. The views were pleasant, and it's convenient for access to Banna beach/Ballheigue beach.
Dining

The dining experience was decent, especially the upstairs dining area. The Irish breakfast was enjoyable, although it was basic with limited explanations in the booking.
